How do we label packed laundry?
We label it by the name of the customer, Transaction Date, Job Order Number, Amount Balance and number of package.
How do we number the package?
We number it by indicating to denominator the total package and the numerator the number of each package.
What is Laundry List?
Laundry list are list of Customer's Names, Job Order, Kilo, Pcs, Amount, Mobile Nos., Location No.
What should we do for Laundry List?
For the finished laundry we should update it by marking locator code for each shelf. For unfinished we should mark check if packed during production time in the evening or WD (wash/dry) or F (folded)
What is a locator?
Locator is an alpha numeric code located for each level of shelves.
What is our next day service?
Inform our customer that for the laundry they dropped during the day can be picked up on the next day from 5pm-9pm.
What is our delivery service?
For those customers who left laundry for the past weeks, we need to inform them through SMS for delivery charge of 40.00 to deliver their laundry from 5pm-9pm, within 1000m radius.
How to Pack tight using 20x30 cellophane?
Arrange clothes 9" height and 14" length, insert clothes together in the cellophane, close cellophane on both ends by tying ends, pop the corner with ballpen to loose air and press, and tape both ends. Don't forget to include the Job Order after packing.
