Staff Meeting 18Oct16
Attendance: Gina, Ara, Sheena, Diana, Joan and Me
-Ask open ended question regarding any concern with their work
-Next day pick-up were discuss starting from 5pm to 9pm
-Ask question about who's knowledgeable for dry-cleaning
-Kenneth our Bookkeeper has the inventory of all packed and in-progress laundry and we need to "check" if the customer or job order within the list already done and mark "P" if in-progress. Our front liners in the morning will communicate with our customers for the "P" mark that there's a delay and will inform them as soon as their laundry is done and for those "check' mark to pick-up their laundry from 5pm-9pm
-Discuss the importance of working as a team and not as individuals, each of us has a unique personality in which can be like by someone or dislike, if that's the case staff within the organization may like you if you're being able to adjust to each individual personalities but may dislike you if you are self centered and not be able to adjust to each individual personalities.
